Every deployed Service has one public URL of the form: 
https://<endpoint-id>.svc.uniac.ai
The endpoint-id is a 20-character opaque token assigned the first time a Service deploys in a project. It is stable across redeploys of that Service: subsequent versions reuse the same id, so clients holding the URL stay connected. Custom domains, preview URLs, and per-environment endpoints are not part of the platform today.
